Honeyleaf was lucky enough to get across Thunderclan alive. She kept up a fast pace and didn't stop till she hit it. The Shadowclan border. She flattened her ears and looked over into the dark forest. She gave a blink and took the step. She had to see this for herself. Yet what if he moved on? Did she move on from him?
Her black pelt shined in the moonlight and she made no sound as she stepped onto the forbidden lands that were not hers. Emotions raced though her mind and she couldn't wait till the gathering for this at all really. Then she stopped. She wasn't far from the thunderclan border but yet had to think about these things.
Honeyleaf then sat down and waited. She didn't know why she would just sit here like a rabbit just waiting to die but she did. She closed her eyes and let out a breath. A shiver ran down her spine as she felt the temperature dropping by the day. She opened her blue eyes up and still sat still. If she was right, he was a night cat. Always on the prowl. Thats how they would usually see each other, at night.
She hated breaking rules honestly, but she had to see if he would remember her at all. She gave a gulp and let her ears turn forward and listened to anything that would come her way.

The huge black tom prowled the border, scenting for any intruders. His dark eyes glowed dangerously in the low light, the only part of him that was actually visible, his huge form being hidden in the night. His huge paws fell silently on the floor of the pine forest, pine needles muffling any sounds. His tail lashed angrily, he had hoped to find something here, something to entertain him but so far had found nothing.
His ears pricked suddenly as he heard paw steps, slowing from what he could tell was a run. Silentwraith let out a low growl of frustration when the paw steps stopped just before the border. Slowly he moved closer, his paws still silent against the ground. Stepping into the moonlight his huge shape became visible, a dark and menacing shape. Lifting his nose to the air he took in the scents around him, a smile playing on his lips as he scented Windclan, a scent that didn't belong anywhere near their border. His voice was low and threatening as he spoke. "What are you doing here? You're far from the moors where you chase rabbits." His eyes were locked on the she-cat before him, her fur black though it shined in the moonlight. If she had put but one paw over the border she would be torn to shreds by now, but she was sitting just a tail-length from it. She was waiting for something, or someone. It made him wonder who the traitor in his clan was. If he ever found out, they would wish they had never been born.

Honeyleaf didnt back away. This was not the cat she wanted to see honestly. She gave a growl herself and let her ears lay back on her back. She gathered up all of the courage she had and mewed, "Why does every cat think that when they see a cat from another clan five pawsteps away from their border and by anothers it means trouble?"
She had to think of something if she were to see how Duskfall was doing.. Herbs!
Honeyleaf wasnt a liar at all. Yet she wanted to see him and if this was how it was going to be done then so be it.
"We are low on Lavender and Thyme. I came here to see if your medicine cat cold spare any for our clan." she mewed in a clam tone.

His claws dug into the earth and his ears flicked in annoyance. "Because it usually isn't anything good to have a cat from another clan waiting on your border. They are either waiting for a chance to sneak in or they want something and are waiting for a patrol to come along." His eyes narrowed dangerously and he wished she would just cross the border so he had an excuse to attack her.
He watched her suspiciously while he waited for a response to his question. He was almost positive that whatever she said would be a lie, for she was thinking about an answer far to long for her to be sent here by her leader. When she finally answered his eyes narrowed further. Her excuse was a pathetic one, and one used far too often, herbs. "Now why would your leader send a warrior to come ask for herbs when it should have been your medicine cat or medicine cat apprentice that came?"
He wasn't about to let this cat through easily. He had a feeling she was up to something and it wasn't fetching herbs for her clan. He remained still, not making any move as to invite her into their territory to take her to camp like some would. Silentwraith wasn't gullible like the rest of his clan, he wanted to know why this she-cat was really here.

With her still acting clam and innocent like she still didnt move a muscle. She raised an eyebrow and mewed, "Who said that my leader sent me? Maybe my medicine cat and shes busy with the apprentice helping her. It is leafbare seson as you can tell...hopefully. Things are starting to get a bit harder to find under the frost bitten snow and things tend to die. Yes die. I'm sure if they couldnt of gotten what they needed either way a warrior would like to help them help because we are a clan and we look out for eachother, if a cat needs help we are their for them. Unlike some cats who just think about themselves and dont give a rats butt about anyone else."
She gave a blink and a soft smile and tilted her head. "Assuming things is also a never great trait to have also. But...thats up to you." she finished with a smile.

He blinked once, remaining void of any emotions that would give him away. It was a fair enough answer that she had given, though he still didn't think that was why she had come. He remained quiet for a moment before speaking again.
"Fine. Follow me. But try anything funny and you'll wish you had never been born." Without waiting for a reply he turned and began to pad back into the cover of the pine forest, watching the she-cat from the corner of his eye. He didn't trust her one bit, but he needed to know why she had come. Most cats had a purpose for sitting and waiting at another clan's border. Unless she was just insane, and then maybe she was just doing it because she was bored or something. Either way, he wanted to keep an eye on her.

Honeyleaf didnt give a smile or let any emotion out what so ever. She got up from her sitting position and and followed the tom. She stayed focused on what was around her. All she wanted was to see if he was here and okay..
